It is probably just stiff suspension. Can you feel it like bottoming out, or is it just not very comfortable to drive around in? I once had an old minivan that would bottom out on a lot of stuff. Smooth ride until you hit anything larger than a small bump, and WHAM, you feel the wheels bottom out and a huge bump. We solved the problem by getting a new car.

Hi, how are you doing.I have a 2004 expedition, i've had it to various garages, they all tell me it's the "nature of the beast" but it hits the smallest bump like its a mountain. it hit's really hard. Is this indeed the case, do they all hit hard.
